As employers, our partners have the opportunity to showcase a wide range of job opportunities and talk directly to young people in their own communities about the diverse skills needed for the world of work.

But the benefits of supporting budding Stemovators go far beyond the feel-good factor – our partners play a crucial role in helping build a STEM talent pipeline to feed the needs of Scotland’s future.

Importantly, our partners’ expert knowledge about real life applications of STEM and other careers, plus their insight about innovations, challenges and skills gaps, helps us develop packages which help meet the workforce demands of the future.
